Move-out Cleaning

Everything is included to make the home move-in ready. Windows, baseboards, oven, refrigerator, vents, cabinets, doors, sweeping garage and porch. Trash removal and extreme conditions may increase the hourly rate.

$45.00 Per man hour

Residential Service

Weekly, bi-weekly, Monthly. Clean and sanitize kitchen/bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, change sheets, interior windows, etc..
Price determined on walk-through.

Deep, deep Cleanings

We clean areas that other companies may not such as behind the refrigerator and stove, windows, baseboards, intake vents, trash removal, etc..
$50.00 Per man hour
